The layout test editing/spelling/spelling-changed-text.html relies on "cheher" being marked as a misspelling. Need to make sure that Efl layout tests mark "cheher" as misspelling. Then we can enable editing/spelling/spelling-changed-text.html test on Efl.

Efl does not implement async spellcheck yet. Going to mark this test as "Failure" to get the test-diff in the waterfall.
