Summary The transitionEnd event stops firing after a while

Hi everyone, When working with the transitionEnd event, I noticed that on Chrome and Safari, the event stops firing after a while. You can see an example here: http://www.kirupa.com/html5/chrome_transitionend_issue.htm Leave the page running for a few minutes, and you will start to see a few circles just stop moving. After about 20 minutes, all of the circles will have stopped moving. This didn't repro on IE10 or Firefox 18, so I am leaning towards this being an issue in webkit as opposed to my code. Thanks, Kirupa Chinnathambi http://www.kirupa.com

The test case has been running for well over 20 minutes and continue to work in Safari 15.
