David Kilzer (:ddkilzer)
Reported 2006-09-19 07:11:25 PDT
The textarea next to the "Please include any additional information that may assist us in investigating this issue." label has a gap in it in the upper right-hand corner. This is visible both when the textarea has focus and when it doesn't.

Tested on Mac OS X 10.4.7 (8J135) with Safari 2.0.4 (419.3) and a locally-built debug build of WebKit r16447.

The "gap" is actually occlusion by a white 16x11 image in an adjacent table cell. I have colored the two cells and the text field, and it appears that TOT's layout matches Firefox's.

Sorry, Mitz, I assumed it was a regression--didn't test on ToT or Firefox. Thanks for the info. I'll file a Radar bug for Apple to clean this up, then close as RESOLVED/INVALID.

Unfortuantely, WebObjects is throwing a NullPointerException when I log into bugreport.apple.com, so it may be a day or two before I'm able to file a bug!

Filed Radar bug to fix the web page: rdar://problem/4808550 Closing as RESOLVED/INVALID per Comment #6. NOTE: Locally-built debug build of WebKit r17398 is crashing every time I submit this form.

(In reply to comment #8) > NOTE: Locally-built debug build of WebKit r17398 is crashing every time I > submit this form. > That would be bug 11444. Workaround: enter something in the "duplicate of bug #" field (and delete it) before submitting.
