Encountered failure of the test unrelated to the patch on chromium-ews multiple times. Must CQ+ again to land the patches. A quick search https://bugs.webkit.org/buglist.cgi?quicksearch=debugger-terminate-dedicated-worker-while-paused can find many other patches affected.

This doesn't seem to be flaky on the chromium buildbots at all: http://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#group=%40ToT%20-%20chromium.org&tests=debugger-terminate-dedicated-worker-while-paused. I wonder what's different about the EWS bot. Maybe it's a slower machine?

I've seen many inspector* test failures on the EWS bots. But maybe that's because tehre are many inspector* tests.
