[META] WebKit is slow/janky on Android This bug exists only to serve as a meta bug for making Android on WebKit faster/less-janky. We could alternatively use a keyword, but this seemed easier for now. Will related android-specific (or android-discovered) perf issues to this bug.

Resolving as WontFix given that Chromium moved to Blink.
