createMediaStreamDestination is undefined, making the following two test cases fail:
webaudio/mediastreamaudiosourcenode.html
webaudio/mediastreamaudiodestinationnode.html failed unexpectedly (text diff)

Closing this bug because the EFL port has been removed from trunk.
