I noticed the problem in r137717, but it must be coming from previous builds. If I try to download a file, the animation flies the file to the download drawer where it never starts the actual download, it stays there in a constant "Preparing to download" mode. Interestingly if I stop the download and than restart it within the download drawer, than it works normally.
