Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Developer Tools on any site
2. Click the Cog in the corner and select Overrides
3. Check the box for Device metrics
4. Type in a screen resolution other than the default 640x960

What is the expected behavior?
The numbers update.

What went wrong?
The numbers do not update at all and it looks as though the fields themselves are set to read-only.
