Hard to tell what is happening behind the scenes. I could not reproduce that.

This is currently passing on recent runs, but running slowly. I'd like to break it into ~10 tests rather than packing everything into one test. That should speed up each individual test.

I am not sure why the original test is likely to timeout. The test itself should not take much time.
