When inspecting Both Dedicated and Shared Web Workers, the network tab is missing. This debugging functionality is pretty important for our app, as it is the layer that handles data between the server and the client.

Add attachment proposed patch, testcase, etc.

Web Worker not supported yet in current inspector.
