Repaint issue

Reproduction steps:
1. Visit http://phabricator.org/ on ToT Safari on Lion 10.7.5.
2. Scroll down to "Project Activity Feed"
3. Wheel-scroll on the feed downwards fast (don't click inside the feed or the scrollbar)

Expected result:
The feed scrolls.

Actual result:
It doesn't repaint properly. See the attachment.

It reproduces on Safari 6.0 as well so it must be an old bug. Disabling compositing didn't help either.

I'll note that I could not reproduce the bug on the stable version of Chromium Mac.

I can't reproduce. Does this only happen when zoomed, or on a Retina display?

Retina or Lion might be required. I can’t reproduce on my Mountain Lion MacPro.

This happens when accelerated drawing is off, and overlay scrollbars on on. Scrolling the overflow picks up bits of the horizontal scrollbar.
