Summary Convert SVG zoom sizing tests from image to text

We have a handful of SVG zooming tests that verify that an svg image is scaled in the same way as a raster image, these tests currently have two images side by side and pass if the two are rendered the same way. This requires platform specific results and a manual inspecting the result to ensure that the two are the same size when rebaselining.
