For less flaky tests, memory cache should be cleared in DumpRenderTree after every test. Bug #93195 is a work-in-progress for Chromium and Mac DumpRenderTrees and the WebKitTestRunner. EFL DumpRenderTree is already doing this, it was handled in bug #85609.
