The following layout test is failing on Cr-Mac10.6/10.7.

fast/forms/file/file-appearance-transform-no-effects.html

Probable cause:

After this change, http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/124960, layout for Cr-Mac looks broken.
This seems to be a potential bug, and this change just reveal.
So, I stop reverting the change.

Could you guys looks into in more details?

Strings appear in right position, but its frame looks shifting to upper side by one dot.

Please remove this suppression after fixing this issue.

Looks like this was fixed in r132113 or r132112.
