fullscreen/video-controls-drag.html is not working properly on the Efl yet.

Can you explain why? Is it because of missing drag & drop implementation? We have a separate bug for that.

I'm not sure about that, but chromium and gtk have same issues(bug #75716, bug #85376). IMO, this is not just implementation issue.
