Find a way to report the errors back to the developer console. It should help debugging the shaders.

Comment on attachment 208057 [details] Patch I'd like to figure out how to get the file name and correctly propagate the line number through to the console before getting a review on this. Hopefully ANGLE surfaces that in a nice way.
