I tried webkit-patch upload on a large change, and it appeared to succeed, but the patch never made it into the bug.
When I tried to attach the patch file by hand, bugzilla told me "The file you are trying to attach is 2025 kilobytes (KB) in size. Patches cannot be more than 2000 KB in size. Try breaking your patch into several pieces."
webkit-patch upload needs to handle this case.
