Some tests from skipped lists under the "Passing HTTP tests - require confirmation on bot" section can be removed as they should pass on the bot.

LGTM. The tests will pass on the bot.

But unfortunately a DRT bug was revealed by this patch:
http/tests/misc/401-alternative-content.php fails on the whole test-case.

I will file a new bug report about this bug.
