"Open Link in New Tab" doesn't respond at all, does not create new tab or open link. "Open Link inNew Window" works fine. Keyboard shortcut "command-click" does open the link in a new tab. I have Preferences\Tabs set to "Always".

This should be fixed in the next nightly (not yet available at the moment).
