Created attachment 40632 [details] sample html file to demonstrate the bug. QtWebKit does not properly render the <pre> html tag. It seems to use non-fixed font for rendering such blocks and hence completely screw up the formatting?? I tried different fixed fonts to see if it makes any difference, but it does not. I have attached a small sample html file is to demonstrate the problem. Konqueror with KHTML, Firefox (both Winodows/Linux versions) and Chrome on Windows which is webkit based correctly it while Konqueror with kdewebkit and Arora do not ; so it seems this problem is specific to QtWebKit... Please note that the version of webkit used to test this issue is 527+, the one that came with Qt 4.5.2, but since there is no way to select that correctly in the bugzilla version field, I selected 528+.
