The patch below addresses two points that Adam Treat and Dave Levin raised in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=27604 - removing .cc as supported filetype because it's not being used in WebKit, and adding .c as supported filetype to check_webkit_style (replacing .cc). I replaced all occurrences of .cc with .cpp. Unit tests still pass.
