Following on from Bug 20166, the 3D CSS features such as perspective transform do not work in the Windows versions of Safari.
I believe the same justifications apply as given in 20166, namely:
* The features were demonstrated at WWDC as being features of Safari 4, yet the Windows version of Safari is shipped without the feature.
* Providing the feature only on some platforms causes a disparity which, subject to the provision of detailed technical information to the contrary, would seem to be arbitrary
* As I understand it, Apple intend for these feature to become part of the CSS3 specification. Demonstrating the ability to implement the features cross platform would seem to be an important step to achieving this.
