imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/webrtc/RTCPeerConnection-GC.https.html	
imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/webrtc/simulcast/h264.https.html

Are flaky failure on macOS ToT for a while. The test is flaky on both Intel and Apple Silicon. 

This issue can be reproduced by using the command: 
run-webkit-tests --root  --exit-after-n-failures 1 --debug <test>

Tests are now only flaky on Monterey x86_64, which is tracked in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=271059
