I don't understand what this bug report is about. Launching what failed? How did it fail? Clicking "Continue" where? Which version are you using? etc. (In reply to comment #1) When I click Webkit icon to launch the application this is the error message: WebKit failed to open correctly on your previous attempt. Please disable any Safari extensions that you may have installed. If the problem continues to occur, please file a bug report at http://webkit.org/quality/reporting.html At the bottom of the alert window I see the "continue" button. Clicking "continue" the application launch correctly. I am using Safari Version 4 Public Beta (4528.16, r41443) on Mac OS 10.4.11. The same with the last nighly build of Webkit (r41521) That is expected behavior if the nightly build crashed during its previous launch. Considering it was standard behavior to bring dialog to inform users that the previous session / window was closed non-gracefully (due to whatever reason) to give information to the end-users. I think nothing much can be done here and this can be closed as "RESOLVED INVALID". Thanks! |
