- codec preferences should now be respected in outgoing sources
- iSAC and g722 encoders/payloader should be used if needed
- local SDP offer should now reflect the probed support for RTP payloader and encoders
- MediaStream IDs should now be exposed each SDP media
- and misc improvements...
