This should already be fixed in bug 231490.
The upcoming iOS 15.4 should contain the fix, I'm unsure if it is in 15.3 already.
The upcoming macOS 12.3 should contain the fix.
iOS 15.4 beta and macOS 12.3 beta are already available should you want to try.
The game has cross-origin load issues past the menu, so the game mode does not work. These should be most likely addressed by the game developer.
Keeping this bug open until iOS 15.4 is out so that the reporter can report if the game works for them up to the menu.

Could you please confirm if this works now?

It seems to be working better, but it is not fully able to download the game scene, getting stuck at 85% every time.
Sorry!
It does make it past the last time when it was crashing.
Safari 15.4

As Kimmo said, the error now is related to cross-origin resource loading, not WebGL. It's almost certainly on the game side.
Kimmo Kinnunen
In fact the cross-origin errors / warnings might be such that the the game should still load.
I seem to remember that the problem with the loading was related to some media files producing errors on Safari but not on Chrome.

Opened bug 250546 for the load issue.
