[WinCairo] REGRESSION(r286046): WebInspector doesn't render element highlight 1. Start WinCairo WK2 MiniBrowser 2. Show Web Inspector 3. Open Elements tab 4. Move mouse cursor on the elements tree Actual: No element highlight is shown on the webview.
