Unlike the approach taken in Bug 222703 which made a much bigger jump forward, let us upgrade them to the last version that supports Python 2. This also has full support for Python 3, which means our next step can be "simply" changing the interpreter the server is running on, and then finally we can move beyond the revision Don used.
