Keith said that he wanted to rip out the small pool tests, which we think are not very effective since we have ways to test this area better with fuzzers.

I bumped the jitMemoryReservationSize to 100k to alleviate the EWS bot for now in r278061: <http://trac.webkit.org/r278061> in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=226205.
