Was able to reproduce the failure at BigSurE Release ToT using the following test: run-webkit-tests webrtc/direction-change.html --iterations 100 --child-process=1

This is only failing on the one bot that was updated to BigSurE. So it appears that changes with BigSurE have made this test flaky. I have updated the test expectation here: https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/277198/webkit
