Customer Impact: 20,000+ users Reported cases: 40+ Priority: High, this is a show stopper We started to see a number of customer cases after the update to macOS Big Sur (11.1+) on Dec 14th where users are unable to log in to our Salesforce Addin on Outlook for Mac (16.44/16.45). With Big Sur, Apple introduced "Intelligent Trackers Protection" which blocks cross-site trackers & cookies. Salesforce would like to request for an exception for the following domains that access third party cookies until Salesforce & Microsoft finds a long term solution (Microsoft currently has a bug filed regarding disabling ITP: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=220190). 1. mailapp.force.com 2. test-mailapp.force.com 3. salesforce.com 4. force.com 5. visualforce.com
