On r237113 the MSE support was disabled for the Debian and Ubuntu LTS bots because MSE requires GStreamer 1.14. That was 2 years ago. Now, the Debian stable bot runs on Debian 10 and has gstreamer-1.14 And the Ubuntu LTS bot that still runs in Ubuntu 18.04 has also gstreamer-1.14 So let's not disable this anymore on this bots
