Currently, the imported WPT tests are skipped. We need to enable them after we complete the API implementation and fix the failures.

Current WebkitTestRunner does not support wpt/resources/testdriver.js:test_driver.bless() properly. So we have to skip those test cases in wpt/picture-in-picture.
