The archive for the latest WebKit build is not extracting properly. The archive doesn't auto-extract as it normally does. Instead, the dmg.bz2 archive extracts to a .dmb.bz2.cpgz. Each new archive just generates another archive. Seems to be a recursive problem.
Overall, great browser! Keep up the terrific work!

You can just remove the extension manually prior to mounting as a workaround.
<!-- /me still doesn't think that Safari should ever dare to add extensions -->

same experience here on two machines, was advised on ICQ board to just remove the ".bz2" extension. Doubleclicking on the file then ending in ".dmg" had the appropriate result of mounting.

Thanks! That takes care of the problem...

Re-opening, as we still need to fix this server-side.

Downloads were moved to a Mac OS Forge server last night. It looks like it is not serving .dmg files with a content type that avoids the LaunchServices / CFNetwork lameness which results in the .bz2 extension. I've pinged the admin of the server so this should be addressed soon.
William Siegrist
I fixed the content-type header. Should be fixed now.
