We added force schedulers buttons in OpenSource EWS Buildbot to help in testing (in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=186876). These are not required in production, and we no longer need them for testing (since we now have django ews-app to send patch to buildbot). We should remove these.
