I don't have much information here, this was reported to me but I have not been able to reproduce so far. Below are some snippets from the reporter:
"I use Google Reader for my RDA of blogs. Over time, I noted a strange behavior but, somehow, I doubted myself: luser error, server error, who knows. But just now, I have seen a clear example of a possible bug and/or incompatibility between Safari and Google Reader.
- It seems that once I've "seen" (and I don't mean watch, the video is just there unplayed) YouTube video in an item, that same video will show up every time there is a video presented (just there, unplayed).
- This pm, I just played a video in a Fake Steve item, it appeared to be two news vans drag racing. It didn't quite match the Saturday Groan, Go Obama title.
- Suspecting something, I scanned other items and, yes, each time a video was included, it was the same drag race.
- I fired up Firefox and the correct Hillary supporters video played in the Fake Steve item referenced above
I don't know if the Apple firewalls filter Fake Steve out, you can try other blogs with Safari forst and Firefox next to reproduce the problem -- or not."

So far I have tested on Leopard 3.1, TOT and Win 3.1 and am unable to reproduce.
I also tried a smattering of spade builds on leopard with no success.
