After getting vid.me pages to play in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=172240, I noticed seeking doesn't work for the HLS VoD.

Oh, that's a shame. Vid.me has closed. IIRC, the bug was only exposed with newer versions of the HLS spec that vid.me was using, I don't have local test cases for this issue.
