Steps to reproduce: 1. Play an inline <video> with captions 2. Click on the captions button to show the captions menu 3. Mouse over the captions menu and stop moving your mouse After a while the controls bar is hidden due to the auto-hide behaviour and the captions menu remains visible. The controls bar should really remain visible while the captions menu is up.
