Looks like this page requires a subscription, which I do not have. Is r208968 the first nightly where this specific page doesn't work? Does Flash work on other pages?

Here is another Flash site that does not work https://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ I think r208968 is the first site. I am traveling and have limited time to do additional research

May be a consequence of bug 165126. In this case, it should be fixed now. Brent, what do you think?
