Staring a message in GMail jumps to top of page I'm not sure when this regressed. I've not checked TOT.

I have also seen this behaviour when staring a message in my inbox in nightly: 30628 and Safari 3.0.4 Works fine in FF 2. I am afraid I don't think this is technically a regression as if you click on 'Older Version' (top right) the issue doesn't occur. I think it started happening when Gmail introduced their newer version. I think therefore it has to technically be a P2 if someone could change it and remove from keywords? Also, the summery has a spelling mistake if of 'starting' instead of 'staring' as per comment 0. Please could that be changed?

I wonder if this is related to bug 15486.
