Update WebKit localizable strings. It was reported that if you go to the following demo page in WebKit nightly - https://googlechrome.github.io/samples/report-validity/ Then enter 3 letters and click the "Report Validity" button, then it shows a bubble with a "Localized string not found" message, instead of "too short".
