Test is still a flaky timeout on Mac WK2 Release and Debug
Reproducible with:
run-webkit-tests inspector/console/console-time.html --iterations 100 -f --force
inspector/console/console-time.html failed unexpectedly (test timed out, text diff)

This test timing out is causing some newer tests to fail due to that.
