The horizontal scroll bar on the ebay results pages will sometimes appear and then remains at the position in the page where it originally rendered. Such that if you scroll the page vertically, the horizontal scroll bar scrolls as if it was text inline with the page. Highlighting text in that area also makes portions of the scroll bar disappear. This doesn't always happen, so I'm not sure what exactly is the cause. Reproducible in the latest nightly (Wed May 30 21:02:18 GMT 2007, r21900).

I can't reproduce this in Safari 2.0, so I'm figuring it's a regression.
