EFL Minibrowser doesn't implement download directory selector. To select destination download directory by user, Implement download directory selector on Minibrowser using existent fileselector API.

The destination download path can be selected by user. And we can download a file whether suggested file name is exist or not. This is my first step to contribute on open source. I'll implement more this bug later.
