WebPageCreationParameters colorSpace is only used by PLATFORM(MAC), but it is defined as PLATFORM(COCOA).

The only use I see is in !PLATFORM(IOS) code:

  WebProcess/WebPage/mac/TiledCoreAnimationDrawingArea.mm
  87:    setColorSpace(parameters.colorSpace);
