An animation begins, but some of the animating elements have black borders drawn around them. This affects https://github.com/features but we made a standalone test case to be used to diagnose this bug.

The black borders do not appear in Safari 7.0.1 on OS X 10.9.1

They do if you zoom!

I see white pixels if I zoom on desktop, but true!
