Debug build should enable SHARED_CORE, instead of asking the user to do it

This has been introduced here: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=104773 but having to enable it with each debug build is just horribly inconvenient

Thanks for the patch. But, I am considering another approach, "thin" achieve as ar option, at Bug 108330

Closing this bug because the EFL port has been removed from trunk. If you feel this bug applies to a different upstream WebKit port and was closed in error, please either update the title and reopen the bug, or leave a comment to request this.
