I sent the following mail to webkit-dev ~ a month before:

"It seems something happened with Apple Win EWS bots. There are
9 online EWS bot, but it seems, only 2 of them work properly,
others only slow down the patch processing.

I think APPLE-EWS 1-7 should be fixed or powered off to avoid waiting
hours and days to get proper build results from Apple Win EWS.

But unfortunately nothing happened and we have to wait at least a half
day - full day for Windows EWS bots regularly. It is a kind of russian
roulette with 7 bullets and 2 empty chambers. :) 

+info: last passes on these bots:
Last Pass: 1 month, 3 weeks ago ... 1 month, 4 weeks ago

I propose we should really disable the non working bots until proper fix.

I can't switch the bots off myself, let's try it with this workaround.

I'm adding Roger and Brent to this, maybe they have some ideas.  I wasn't aware they bots were not working.  I must have missed the previous emails.

Yay, Windows EWS bots work again. Thanks for the fix. We don't need this workaround anymore.
