AX: support accessibility of more native SVG features.
SVG works pretty well with an ARIA retrofit, but there are native language features that WebKit doesn't yet support: titles, relationships, roles?, etc. Added this as a tracking bug. Will close once we get more actionable subtasks. Copying Doug Schepers to help with the list of features that needs better implementation.
