This is a followup to bug 11519, since the problem was not resolved completely. Mac-themed file upload controls that are disabled should have the text on the button grayed out. See
fast/forms/file-input-disabled.html or compare <input type="button" disabled value="Choose File"> with <input type="file" disabled>.
